FAQ's
Do I need a referral to see an osteopath? No — you can book in directly, no referral needed. If you have private health insurance that covers Osteopathy*, I will issue you an invoice for you to claim your rebate online after I have taken full payment at the end of your session. (Reiki and Breathwork is not generally covered by health funds). If you have an ongoing complaint it may be worth chatting with your GP about it and seeing if you are eligible for an Extended Care Plan - this gives you access to a Medicare rebate for up to five sessions with a range of Allied health professions. But short answer - no, you don't NEED a referral to book in.
How much does it cost? Prices vary depending on which session and which location, when you click to book you will see the prices next to each offering.
I'm not sure which session to book Osteo, Reiki, breathwork? Totally normal. If you're not sure, book Osteopathy as a first step, it's a great way for us to get to know each other and work out what's actually going to help most. If you already have a strong sense of what you need, go with that instead.
What should I wear? Whatever you're comfortable moving in. Loose, comfortable clothing is ideal, especially for osteopathy and breathwork sessions.
Do you treat children or babies? Yes — osteopathy is suitable for people of all ages, from newborns through to adults and older folks.
Can I book Conscious Connected Breathwork online? Not currently — CCB sessions are arranged directly rather than through the online booking system. Get in touch by phone or email and we'll find a time that suits.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes schedules change. To accommodate all of my clients effectively and maintain the quality of our service, I kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations/changes made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment: A fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.

No-shows: A fee of 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.

This policy is in place to respect the time of the practitioner, and other clients waiting for appointments. I appreciate your consideration and understanding.
