​Belinda’s journey into the world of holistic health began with her own struggle with chronic headaches. Experiencing firsthand the profound relief and transformation that osteopathic care can bring, she felt called to shift careers, leaving her role as a chef to pursue a Master’s degree in Osteopathy at Victoria University.

Today, Belinda’s approach is deeply holistic, intuitive, and ever-evolving. As a qualified osteopath, Integrative Breathing Therapist, Advanced Breathwork Facilitator, and Reiki practitioner, she blends science with soul – working not just with the body, but with the breath, the nervous system, and the inner emotional landscape.

In 2025, Belinda took a leap of the heart and set off on a new chapter: bringing her skills and passion for healing on the road. With her partner Adam and beloved cavoodle Bailey in tow, she now travels across Australia, offering mobile treatments, workshops, and healing experiences to individuals and communities – especially in regional and rural areas where access to allied and holistic healthcare is limited.

Belinda is passionate about creating nurturing, collaborative spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. Whether you’re navigating chronic pain, postural imbalances, nervous system dysregulation, breathing dysfunction, or emotional overwhelm, she offers a gentle and grounded presence to help guide you home to yourself.

Wherever she goes – from outback towns to coastal villages – Belinda brings with her a deep love for connection, nature, and freedom. You might find her surfing, wandering forest trails, or simply sharing a cuppa and heartfelt conversation with locals.
